The Dashboard provides another tool and opportunity to monitor our overall facultative business, as well as each of our clients’ facultative businesses. The Dashboard, a PowerPoint presentation, provides a tool to ensure Generali USA’s internal quality control measurements are being met and to ensure we are exercising sound and consistent underwriting judgment and decision-making skills.  It also gives us the ability to share customized information and key performance indicators directly with our individual clients relative to their respective business.  We work closely with each client company to ensure we are targeting the best indicators that are important to them to better evaluate and manage their facultative business, whether it is understanding the number of cases sent facultatively, the distribution by face amount, age, type of offers, impairment, time service, or some other key indicator that is important to their business.


Our underwriting audit program has enjoyed great success since its establishment in 1987.  Audit results assure companies that their treaties are working as intended, and within the agreed-upon underwriting practices and procedures.  In the 20 years since we founded our program, it has become an excellent forum for the mutual exchange of information on automatically ceded risk.
