Generali USA Life Reassurance Company offers a complete line of life reinsurance products and services, meeting our goal of providing both strength and flexibility to our customers.  We blend financially sound life reinsurance support with the full customization that our customers require, with our YRT, coinsurance, and modified coinsurance products.

To give our customers the greatest flexibility when working with us, we offer a choice of three facilities with which they can manage and administer the actual transfer of risk.  These facilities are:

Automatic Reinsurance
Our Automatic Reinsurance facility offers the most efficient method of risk transfer because it allows a ceding company to do its own underwriting on any policies that meet certain criteria outlined in the treaty.  This saves costly time spent exchanging underwriting papers between companies.  As an added convenience to our customers, risks transferred to Generali USA under this facility can be ceded on an excess of retention (or first-dollar quota share) basis.

Facultative Reinsurance
Generali USA offers its customers full facultative underwriting support, including the placement of large capacity cases.  Our top-notch staff of underwriters work hand in hand with our customers to perform the underwriting and selection of impaired risks.  Because Generali USA is dedicated to strong customer relationships, our staff takes the time to listen to their needs and respond to requests in an urgent fashion.

Bulk ADB
Our Bulk ADB facility helps customers by simplifying the rate calculation and treaty administration process.  We accomplish this by transferring all risks on a bulk basis, making it easier for a company to transfer all—or part—of its risk for Accidental Death or Accidental Death and Dismemberment to Generali USA.
