Terry DickinsonTerry Dickinson is our Senior Vice President of Group Reinsurance and Sales. Terry brings 18 years of reinsurance experience to our team. Before working at Generali USA, Terry worked with ING ReliaStar, where he acted as Vice President of Group Life Reinsurance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drake University—Des Moines (1981), and is a native of Fairfield, Iowa. Steve DvorakSteve Dvorak is Group Reinsurance Marketing and Underwriting Vice President. Steve joined Generali USA in May of 2003, after a successful stint at ING ReliaStar. At ING, he served as Regional Vice President of Group Life Reinsurance, and gained deep experience in the global reinsurance field. Mark LaulainenMark Laulainen is Group Reinsurance Marketing and Underwriting Vice President. He joined the Generali USA team in May of 2003. He previously held several executive positions with insurance companies over the years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Reinsurance Administration for Paragon Reinsurance Management Services. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Metropolitan State University (1982), and has an FLMI designation. Todd TretsvenTodd Tretsven is our Vice President and Group Reinsurance Actuary. He joined the Generali USA team in May of 2003. Todd comes to Generali USA from ING ReliaStar, where he gained extensive experience as a Reinsurance Actuary for 11 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Mathematics and German from the University of Minnesota—Morris (1983). He also attained his Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries in 1989.
